By Car
The Harlequin is easy to get to by car
From junction 5 of the M1, use the A4008 (M1 link) to Watford. A slip road on the left before Beechen Grove enables you to drive under the ring road into the King's car park. On level 1 of the Kings car park, you can drive across to Queens car park to park or exit via the M1 link.
From junction 19/20 of the M25, follow signs to the town centre (A411/A41) and Centre Car Parks.
