The Harlequin Customer Service Team is here to help and make your visit as enjoyable and relaxing as possible answering any queries and offering assistance.
They all have excellent local knowledge and are usually able to advise on directions and facilities in Watford. Gift Vouchers and Kiddykarts are available from the Customer Information Desk.
Photocopying, faxing and laminating facilities are available at the Customer Information Desk. We also sell postage stamps.
Saracens home game tickets and Watford football club tickets are available to purchase at the desk.
The Customer Information desk is located on the Upper Mall near John Lewis.
