Santa's Grotto

Santa will be taking up residence inside the workings of his snow ride ‘The Super Duper Looper’ and will be receiving guests from Friday 11th November. All visitors will have the opportunity to experience a ride on Santa’s 3D roller coaster, and little visitors can meet the man himself and get a lovely wrapped gift.

We cannot guarantee that you will be able to visit Santa or experience our new 3D roller coaster show if you do not take advantage of the pre-booking facility. If you do not have a booking and wish to see Santa on the day of your visit we recommend you go straight to the Grotto on arrival at the centre where Santa’s helpers will be on hand to advise you.

Santa's Grotto and 3D Experience is located on the Lower Mall outside M&S and HMV.  Visits are £3 per person and each child receives a gift.
